ODAC announces 2017-18 Sportsmanship Teams

Forest, Va. -- Twenty University of Lynchburg student-athletes have been honored by the Old Dominion Athletic Conference on the league's 2017-18 Sportsmanship Team, announced this week by the ODAC and commissioner Brad Bankston.

Lynchburg's honorees included 10 seniors, five juniors, three sophomores, and two freshmen.

Each team consists of one player who is nominated by his or her coaching staff and participates under the conference banner in one of the ODAC's 24 sponsored sports.

The ODAC and its member institutions have a long history of promoting sportsmanlike collegiate competition, and its annual sportsmanship teams honor those student-athletes who represent their sports, their institutions, and the league in a positive manner.
