2009: Had a top placement of 15th at the Virginia Wesleyan Invite, finishing the course in 28:50 ... ran the fastest time of the season with a 26:54 at the Paul Short Invitational ... second best finish came at the Blue Ridge Invitational as he came in 22nd ... came in 23rd at the ODAC Championship and also finished 28th at Elon and 36th at Dickinson.

2008: Opened the 2008 season with a 18th place (28:46) finish at Blue Marlin Invitational . . . placed 64th at the Madison Kiwanis Invitational held in Hanover, IN with a time of 28:20 . . . earned 26th place at the JMU Open Invitational with a 28:06, which was second-best among Hornet finishers that meet . . . earned 65th place at the Dickinson Long/Short meet, running the 8K long course in 28:06 . . . earned 50th place at the Hagan Stone Park XC Classic with a final finish of 28:27 . . . came in 83rd place (27:37) at the Gettysburg Classic, as LC finished in 7th place . . . ran a 27:00 in the ODAC Championships.

Before LC: Won 10 letters as a member of the Lion cross country and track teams . . . was an All-Jefferson District XC, Indoor and Outdoor track performer, while garnering All-Region and All-State in Indoor track . . . helped three Louisa Co. squads to District titles . . . was the school's Solutatorian, along with earning the Jefferson Book Award for Leadership, the Louisa School Board Award for Excellence and the Clyde Morris Leadership award.

Personal: Son of Jerry and Jill Cutright . . . has two sisters, Loren and Allison . . . cousin, Whitney Markey, runs for the Hornet women's XC and Track squads . . . also runs Track for LC.
