Ashland, Va. -- University of Lynchburg's men's lacrosse team saw six players score multiple goals Wednesday night in the Hornets' 19-6 rout of Randolph-Macon in Old Dominion Athletic Conference action.
Junior attackman Colin Dean (Havre de Grace, Md.) tallied a career-high six points -- two goals and four assists -- to lead the way, and senior attackman Andrew Thomas (Roswell, Ga.) added a hat trick for the Hornets.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Thomas got the scoring started for Lynchburg with a second-minute goal, assisted by Dean, to start a 4-0 Hornets run. Thomas scored again with 3:22 left in the first quarter as Lynchburg led, 5-2, after 15 minutes.
Thomas polished off the hat trick with 1:19 left until halftime, again on an assist from Dean. Lynchburg took an 8-4 lead into the break.
Senior attackman Logan Adams (Grosse Pointe, Mich.) got Lynchburg's scoring started in the second half with his second goal of the game as the Hornets outscored their hosts, 7-1, in the third period. Lewis tallied Lynchburg's 19th goal of the game with 2:38 remaining to finish off the blowout.
Lynchburg will look ahead to a top-20 matchup Saturday at No. 18 Washington and Lee. Face-off in Lexington is scheduled for 1 p.m.
