Lynchburg defeated Southwestern 17-1 Monday night, drawing their Spring Break trip in the Lone Star state to a close. The Hornets depart Georgetown with a perfect 2-0 record and combined 36 goals against Wittenberg and Southwestern (Tex.).

- Sophomore Alicia Sandoval continued her scoring ways just a minute and a half into the game when she put the Hornets up 1-0
- Senior Lauren Meisner scored an unassisted goal at the 22:33 mark to grow the Lynchburg lead by two
- Junior Sarah Suter made it 3-0 after junior Sidney Gleason assisted the goal
- The goals kept coming when junior Dorrie MacGregor made it 4-0 just a minute later
- On a free position shot, sophomore Kelsey Nock made it 5-0 with 19:43 left in the half
